I placed an order on 2 Nov. I have still not received the item and have only received a non committal, general reply e mail which was of no help whatsoever.
This item was a gift for my daughter in law who had just been diagnosed with cancer, as something to cheer her up. It is therefore particularly disappointing
I now do not believe that I will see either my money or the ordered item.

Still waiting for an item for a birthday that hasn’t arrived. No response from them either. I checked out as a guest & having now seen previous reviews, I say avoid, avoid, avoid. Will be going through my bank for a refund, not impressed.

My order still hasn’t arrived after 2 weeks and I can’t get hold of downyourhighstreet. I’ve emailed twice with no reply from them. No number for me to call. Not great. I can’t contact the seller themselves as I checked out as a guest so I don’t have an account and can’t see who my order is with.

SHOCKING SERVICE
Shocking customer service. I had ordered a pair of work boots and the next day they were cancelled without reason. Ever since I’ve sent emails asking where my refund is and I’ve had to wait days for a response. At first they said it could take up to 10 days for a refund now their saying 21 days! ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING SERVICE. DO NOT buy from here.

Items ordered not received. Multiple attempts to contact individual seller and also DownYourHighStreet all ignored
Had a look at the games consoles…
Had a look at the games consoles section and noticed they sell a Nintendo Switch for £449!?! That's daylight robbery!! Brand new has never cost more than £300 I don't understand how you can even think of charging this considering the age of the product these days!!

Shocking in this day and age that this can be allowed to happen.

I ordered a summery cross body bag from Ansari Boutique (which is one of the shops within DownYourHighStreet). Shipping time was 2-3 working days but its been over TWO WEEKS and no update from them. I have messaged them as well but no response. Horrible and untrustworthy. Will not recommend.
EDIT: Even after this reply from DYHS, I received nothing but a cancelled receipt in my inbox after a week. I do not know if and when my money would be refunded. No explanation, no apology. Not even a confirmation that I would be receiving a refund. Appalling

Still waiting on delivery of my order said it was 2-3 business days now been a week and haven’t even had a notification to say my order is shipped, yet I am receiving emails asking to review my order?
When I log into my account there is no trace of my order but I am still getting review emails and have had the money taken from my bank.
I don’t expect a response to my email complaint or this review any time soon.
Seeing as I don’t physically have my order and it is already late I can’t leave a positive review.

Why do we in the UK fail so dismally in providing customer service?
I recently sent them a complaint by mistake, it was actually intended for one of the retailer's on their platform.
As such they politely replied via email basically "sorry not our problem"
To my knowledge no mention was made to the retailer concerned & no follow up has been made to enquire if the complaint has been resolved or even acknowledged
I accept it's down to the retailer but it's their platform I'm now unhappy with & definitely will no longer use or be recommending

Buying experience through DYHS
The site was user friendly, guided you to shops on the basis of your buying preference , kept a track of the order after it was placed with digital invoice from the shop, and sent a delivery confirmation after the product was delivered. Overall a seamless and happy experience

Great company to work with - we have been selling on DYHS for over 2 years now and have an excellent rapport with the team.
Early intergration glitches were ironed out after a couple of website updates and capable assistance from the patient DYHS support folk.

Fantastic Company To Work With
We joined DownYourHighStreet as a seller three months ago, and i must say they have been a fantastic company to work with, the support we have received in getting up and running has been tremendous. They advised us in every aspct of getting up and running from setting up our own web site to intergrating that to theirs. Any time we have had a problem they have had a solution and we have always felt we are valued and that they really are there to help us succeed.
